Seaspy cable is manufactured to Submertec specifications and has proved to be very durable over many years of service. The cable incorporates a 360 Kg strain relief and has an outer jacket of orange Polyurethane to a diameter of approx 13 mm. Subsea end of the cable has a moulded breakout into two connectors for the camera and light:

• Camera connector is a Seacon wet mateable type LPIL-4F
• Light connector is a Seacon rubber moulded type RMG-3F

The underwater end of the cable is completely waterproof and can be fully immersed in water for indefinite periods.                  

The surface end of the cable is fitted with a 10 pin Amphenol 97-3016-18-1P connector NOTE: The surface end Amphenol connector is NOT waterproof and this end of the cable must remain dry at all times.
